Then goes west to the present day area of Pittwater Road, Manly. Then goes south to an area near the present location of Smith Street, Manly Approximately 1855 Hand coloured. Has pencil annotation overwrite with conveyancing information. Blocks "Thomas  Youl to H.G. Smith", "Miles" … "to H.G. Smith" , "Thos Kirby to H.G. Smith"
2 Montpelier Publisher not identified Runs north west along the Esplanade, off Manly Cove (now the East Esplanade), stopping just beyond the present area of the Corso, Manly. Then goes north east to East Steyne (now South Steyne, Manly), following the coast line, stopping at Montpelier Gardens, (now the location of Marine Parade) Not after 1860 Item is a torn and incomplete copy, with ink annotation overwrite. Shows "Ellensville, the property of H.G. Smith Esqre"
3 Brighton : Manly Beach : for sale by Messrs. Street Norton & Co.  Sydney  : S.T. Leigh & Co. Lith : F.H Reuss, surveyor From the East Steyne (South and North  Steynes, Manly), following the coastline north west to Middle Harbour Road (now the area of Pine Street, Manly). Then follows Middle Harbour Road to the area of  Balgowah Road, then goes South to Manly Cove, passing through Raglan Street and Sebastopol Street  Not after 1860 Item is hand-coloured, and has pencil annotation overwrite noting measurements and conveyancing data

Goes north west from 'Steamer's Wharf",(now approximate location of Manly Wharf) to the area where  Esplanade Park (not named on map) meets the eastern border of the suburb Balgowah, New South Wales. Goes north as far as the approximate location of Sydney Road, Manly (not named on map) Approximately 1853 Manuscript map, hand coloured, with some pictorial relief.  Among landowners named are "Jno. Whealer,  "Wheeler" "Jno. Wheeler", "F. Fillery", "Jno. Parker", "G. Chaplin"
