AWA Tower

Within close proximity to the Grace Building (1928), Morrow & Gordon later designed the communications AWA Tower (ca. 1937) on York Street, Sydney. Of this particular era, the AWA Tower was one of the most notable commercial buildings of Sydney, characterised by its geometric design with the communications tower being an integral part of the structure. It was the tallest structure in Sydney until the 1960s.
